L.I.F.E. Solutions and Counselling
L.I.F.E. Solutions and Counselling was born out of one of Katen’s very first assignments that he wrote in University with the same title “L.I.F.E.”. An excerpt from the paper, “Mental health survivors have to define a new sense of normal, often daily. Through the beautiful gift of vulnerability, I have learned that lives can be radically changed”.
Services
Individual Counselling Sessions
Work one on one with an experienced therapist to help manage stressors, transitions, or mental health challenges. Ages served children, youth, young adults, and adults.
Family & Caregiver
Interventions
Empowering family members and/or parents/caregivers/co-parents to improve communication and resolve communication breakdown.
Specialty Services and Advocacy
Specialty services includes, Trans care assessments and letter writing, public speaking, and workshops.
