Intake assessment

Each individual, couples, parents, and/or family will require an initial intake assessment to help determine best supportive interventions and therapy goals.
Individual Sessions
$150
50 Minutes (80 minute sessions available)
After the initial assessment, children, youth, young adults, and adult social work support and intervention sessions are 50 minutes long. Longer appointments can be arranged if needed.
Parent, Family, Couple
Sessions
$180

After the initial assessment, couples, family, and parenting supportive interventions are 50 minutes long. Longer appointments can be arranged if needed.
Trans Care (Hormones and Surgery)
$400
90+ minute session and detailed letter
(additional sessions may be required)
I am able to complete hormone readiness assessments and surgical recommendation letters for upper surgeries (older youth and adults). I am an RCSW candidate, which would enable me to provide assessments to children and youth.
